The store is responsible for updating the order for returns and cancellations.
Once the order is updated, it will be reflected on your Tamara account automatically.
If it seems like you are being charged for a canceled/returned order, it is most likely because the store is yet to update your order status. The approximated time expected for your order to update depends on:
Cancellation requests takes up to 24 hours to be updated
Returned requests are updated upon receipt of the items, it may take few days
Refunded amounts depends on the order status and the time to receive the amounts will vary depending on the payment method (Please see “Where is my refund?”)

If your order isn't updated despite waiting for the expected time, please contact us:
- Log in to your Tamara account
- Go to "Orders"
- Choose your order
- Press on "Get help"
- Choose your issue type
- Attach the required documents
- Submit a request, we will reply to you within 24 hours
