We don’t want our customers to be late in payments, our benefits come from the customers who pay in time. So we do our best to encourage our customers to pay in time by:
- Sending notifications to the customers reminding them to pay in time
- Stopping the customers who missed a payment from purchasing until they pay their dues to help them not to go deeper in debt
If you miss a payment's due date, we will impose late fees. The late fees amounts are:
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
25 SAR on the first day of delay, then it will increase every 15 days by the same amount. Capped at 150 SAR or 25% of the order value (the lowest of the two). If you further delay your payment, your data will be shared with Simah Saudi Credit Bureau
United Arab Emirates
25 AED on the first day of delay, then it will increase every 15 days by the same amount. Capped at 150 AED or 25 % of the order value (the lowest of the two). If you further delay your payment, your data will be shared with Al Etihad Credit Bureau (AECB)
Kuwait
2 KWD on the first day of delay, then it will increase every 15 days by the same amount. Capped at 12 KWD or 25 % of the order value (the lowest of the two). If you further delay your payment, your data will be shared with Credit Information Network (ciNet)
