I want to cancel my order claim

If you wish to cancel a claim you’ve raised for an order, you can do so easily through the Tamara app.

Just follow these steps:

1. Sign in to your Tamara account.
2. Go to My Purchases (or Transactions for Smart members).
3. Select the order for which you want to cancel the claim.
4. Scroll down to find the raised claim.
5. Click on the claim and select "Cancel Dispute."
6. Confirm the cancellation.
