If you wish to cancel a claim you’ve raised for an order, you can do so easily through the Tamara app.
Just follow these steps:
- Sign in to your Tamara account.
- Go to My Purchases (or Transactions for Smart members).
- Select the order for which you want to cancel the claim.
- Scroll down to find the raised claim.
- Click on the claim and select "Cancel Dispute."
- Confirm the cancellation.
