The store will investigate the matter and share their final decision with Tamara.
Here’s what can happen next:
- If the store accepts your claim: Your order status will be updated, and if you've requested a refund, it will be processed shortly after.
- If the store rejects your claim: They’ll provide evidence to support their decision, and your order, along with the original payment plan, will remain unchanged.
We’ll carefully review the store’s response and update you with the final resolution as soon as possible.
