Have you ever wondered how to effortlessly refund/return orders? Well, look no further! We have simplified the process for you with a seamless step-by-step guide.
1- Log in to your Tamara Partner Portal account.
2- Navigate to “All Orders” in the side menu.
3- Enter the order ID in the search bar to locate the specific order you want to refund, or find it by scrolling the orders listed in the table.
4- Click on the order to be redirected to the order details page.
5- Click on "Refund" located at the top right corner.
Only orders with the status “Fully/Partially Captured” are eligible for a refund.
6- A pop-up window will prompt you to enter the amount to be refunded along with comments. You’ll be able to view whether the order will be fully or partially refunded, then click “Submit” to confirm.
7- Finally, confirm the action by clicking "Refund Order”.
8- A confirmation message will be displayed, confirming the successful refund of the order, and the order status will be updated to "fully/partially refunded".
Please be aware that once an order is refunded, it is irreversible and cannot be undone from our side. Therefore, ensure that you are refunding the correct order and the accurate amount.
