To view your settlements’ details on the Tamara Partners Portal, click on the ‘Billings’ tab in the sidebar.
Here, you will be able to view your upcoming settlement amounts as well as the date we estimate you will receive them. You will also be able to view your settlement module on this page.

Glossary of terms
- Upcoming payments: The total value of your upcoming settlements.
- Expected by: The anticipated date of your next settlement.
- Settlement cycle: The time period your settlements are processed (this can be either daily or weekly).
- Settlement model: The type of settlement you’ve opted for, which can be either flexible or fixed (formerly known as ‘Weekly’).
- Not paid yet: The amount that is pending settlement.
- Current balance up to now: The current amount in your account that is pending with Tamara.
- Last settled amount: The last settlement issued by Tamara and received by your account.

- Statement Date: The calendar date when the statement report was issued.
- Reference: The identifier for the Tamara statement report.
- Sales: The total amount of sales done in the settlement period.
- Refunds: The total amount of refunds issued during the settlement period.
- Fees: The fees are deducted as part of your agreement with Tamara.
- VAT: Value-added tax deductions according to ZATCA regulations.
- Net Payable: The final amount to be transferred to your account from Tamara.
- Status: Current status of the settlement, either ‘Not Settled’, ‘Pending’, or ‘Settled’.
