How to transfer ownership of your store
Ready to hand over the reins? Here's what you need to do to transfer the ownership of your store:
- Contact support: Reach out to our support team at merchant.support@tamara.co to initiate the ownership transfer process.
- Provide required information: Make sure to include the following details in your email:
- Stamped IBAN certificate
- Stamped VAT certificate
- Commercial Registration Certificate/Freelance Certificate
- Copy of the new owner's ID
- New owner's email address
3. Transfer of ownership letter: Include a transfer of ownership letter containing the following information:

Original owner:
- Full name (first name, last name)
- ID Number
- Freelance Certificate Number (Registered with Tamara)
- Declaration of intent to transfer ownership

New owner:
- Full name (first name, last name)
- ID Number
- Freelance Certificate Number
- Email address
4. Additional Requirement: If you possess the commercial registration, ensure that it is stamped as well.
