To request your store to operate in another country, please follow these steps:
- Reach out to our support team at merchant.support@tamara.co
- Mention the country you wish to operate in within your email.
If you wish to add a bank account or different information for the country in which you want to activate the service, please include that information in the email and attach the required documents to be added to your account information.
To confirm the change, we will send you an addendum to your contract stating the new change. Once you electronically sign the addendum, we will activate the service in the requested country.
