Please report any unauthorized charge to us via the app or Help Center after double-checking the points below:
- Has anyone else in your household used your Tamara account to shop?
- Have you accidentally selected Tamara as a payment method for one of your orders without noticing?
- Have you previously received an order confirmation message or email from Tamara for an order you did not place?
- Are you being charged for a previous order you placed with Tamara?
- Has a payment that was previously on hold for an order you placed just been authorized?
