If you’re experiencing issues with your order and using Tamara on an iOS app, you can now request to raise a complaint.
Here’s how to do it:
- Log in to your Tamara account
- Go to My Purchases
- Navigate to the Orders tab
- Select the order you’d like to track
- Press Help Center
To follow up on your complaint status:
- Log in to your Tamara account
- Go to My Purchases
- Click on View Details next to the order you raised a request for
- You’ll be able to see the request status under Previous Issues
