If you're unable to reach the store regarding an issue with your order, you can easily raise a claim directly through your Tamara account.
Here’s how:
- Log in to your Tamara account.
- Go to My Purchases (or Transactions for Smart members).
- Select the order you need help with.
- On the order details page, scroll down and click on "Get help from Tamara."
- Choose the issue you're facing with your order.
- Fill in all required details and upload any relevant documents (e.g., receipts, photos, or communications with the store).
- Press Submit.
Make sure to include all the necessary evidence to support your claim. Once submitted, we’ll contact the store for a thorough investigation and keep you updated on the progress.
