1. Fill in the registration form.
You will be asked to provide us with general information on your business. Please ensure all provided details are accurate and up to date.
2. Fill in the KYB form.
This form will ask you to provide us with further business, legal, and bank details. You will also be required to share a number of documents.
Kindly ensure that you possess legible and valid copies of the following documents during KYB:
- Commercial registration or Trade license or Freelance certificate.
- ID or passport of the legal signatory.
- IBAN certificate issued and stamped by the bank.
- VAT certificate (if applicable).
Please note that all documents should be valid for 30 days.
3. Sign your contract
Once all your details are approved and verified, we will send you a contract to sign detailing the terms of our agreement.
4. Activate Tamara at your store
Upon signing the contract, we will contact you with further instructions on how to activate Tamara at your store. You’ll be offering your customers our flexible payment solutions in no time!
